If any item does not meet your needs for any reason, simply let us know within 90 days of receipt. All items in our catalog and on our website are included in this unconditional guarantee (DVD's, CD's, books, kits, replicas ...in a word, everything). To return an item, call toll-free between 7am and 5pm Monday through Friday or between 10am and 5pm Saturday, PST, (800) 422-8886, and ask for a return authorization number. This also allows us to advise you regarding any special packing requirements (to ensure that items arrive here in undamaged condition) and so that we can make sure you receive a correct refund, replacement or credit (your choice). If you are near our Center, you can, of course, simply come by our Science and Nature Giftstore and we can help you directly, in person, Monday through Saturday, from 10am to 5pm.
