Focusing on North American animals, students learn the basic structure of tracks and use of tracks to identify species and behavior. The animal tracking booklet (included) features an introduction to animal tracking, a basic animal track identification guide, directions for making casts and other classroom activities, field card master for documenting tracks found outdoors, plus a list of additional tracking activities and a tracking resource page. In addition, this kit contains mylar tracking stencils and track casting molds for raccoon, coyote and rabbit. Durable materials will hold up under repeated use.
