| BAT DETECTOR. Add a whole new dimension to your night hikes with this unusual device. Utilizes an ultrasonic transducer that translates echolocation pulses in the 25-100 khz range (too high for humans to hear) into audible clicks. Device detects the ultrasonic "blasts" sent out by bats to locate and pursue insects. Pocket-sized device (2-1/2" x 5" x 1") features an on/off switch and a universal headphone jack that can also be plugged into a tape recorder for a permanent record on tape.
