  Water Resources Education
Included in this section are activity books, curricula, references and multimedia geared toward educating children and the general public about local water resources. From relatively simple concepts such as source water protection to the complex ones involving the politics of water transfers, this section has resources for all age levels.

  Early Childhood Water Education Series
This series introduces young children in grades K-1 to water as it supports our water-based planet. Each of the six booklets features photographs, large word captions, extended glossary definitions, and notes to teachers and parents as well as internet links. These basic guides capitalize on young children’s natural curiosity about and affinity for water and begin the process of explaining how important water is in their daily lives.

Exploring Rivers - Activities, References, DVDs
Rivers have been used for centuries for drinking water, transportation and recreation. More recently, they have also been appreciated for their open space and environmental value. This section contains resources for exploring the life, lore and future of river ecosystems.

  Discovering Watersheds and Estuaries
Water departments have long realized the value of protecting watersheds, but increasingly they are recognized for their value in providing open space and wildlife habitat. In this section, we offer a range of activity books, kits, videos and other resources for teaching children and adults about their local watersheds, from the mountain sources to the estuaries by the sea.

Wetland, Pond and Stream Activities and Kits
Ponds and streams have always captivated the young, from finding tadpoles to wading along the shore looking for frogs and turtles. In this section we offer a wide array of activity books, DVDs, pond and wetland study kits and reference books for individuals interested in learning more about aquatic life.

Water Quality Kits, Thermometers, Plankton Nets
In this section you will find a wide selection of water quality monitoring books, CD's, water quality test kits, student test kits, GREEN (Global Rivers Environmental Education Network) test kits, LaMotte kits, water quality sampling equipment, secchi disks, enviro-safe thermometers, pocket thermometers, plankton sampling equipment and related activity books.

  Aquatic Nets, Sampling Equipment, Containers
Full line of aquatic nets, invertebrate sampling equipment (including Hester-Dendy samplers), field observation containers, small aquaria, collecting jars and vials.
