| HELMETED HORNBILL SKULL REPLICA. High quality reproduction of Buceros vigil. Found on the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra and Borneo, this species has become rare due to hunting pressure and habitat loss. Hornbills eat insects and fruit. While incubating the eggs, the female is sealed inside the nesting cavity with mud, with the male bringing food to a tiny opening in the entrance. These unique bird skulls measure 8-1/2” long. #R-12062.
