| TREE SHREW SKULL REPLICA. Bone Clone® reproduction of Tupaia glis. Due to anatomical and behavioral features, scientists have debated whether or not to classify tree shrews as primates or as insectivores (along with true shrews). Adults feed on spiders, ants, seeds, small birds and mice. Adults nest in cavities in trees, building nests of twigs similar to squirrels except that tree shrews often move from one location to another. This mammak skull measures 2” long x 1” wide x 1” high. #R-12071.
