Acorn Naturalists is where people go for their exploration and educational needs. Now, our Blog and YouTube are revamped!
Starting this month, you will see new educational videos on YouTube and new articles published on our blog.
Our videos will range from topics like “science for kids” and “how to start a nature journal,” to more detailed videos showing how to use our most popular educational kits.
3 Core Aspects of our Revamp
We feel that now is prime time to provide additional resources to you—the changemakers—as we connect each other to science, nature, and our communities.
Here are our three core aspects of our Blog and YouTube revamp.

#1 Publish useful and new content that inspires you to get outside and explore
Mark your calendars for Fridays! We hope to publish new blog posts once a week. These will feature new products that rock, ideas to incorporate into your exploring and teaching, and important dialogue on the status of our natural surroundings.
P.S. Did we mention that we’ll post behind-the-scenes stories too? Stay tuned.
#2 Provide helpful videos that explain how to use our most popular educational tools
We know that a little YouTube video can go a long way. We will release short clips each month that feature fresh ways to explore, use our educational kits, and expand the dialogue on important topics.
Coming up this month, we will feature one of our best tools for teaching about climate change—whether inside or outside of the classroom. We will also publish posts with teaching techniques regarding how to invite others into that dialogue.
#3 Foster an online community of educators, explorers, and changemakers
We want to offer a platform for people to engage with each other, share ideas, and build the current and next generation of thinkers. Let’s encourage the greater community of educators and lifelong learners, and connect with each other.
We are excited to begin this journey, and invite you to come along with us and spread the word. You can subscribe to our YouTube channel here, and add our Blog to your favorites here.
Thanks for all you do to inspire the current and next generation of learners.
Let’s stay connected.
