No problem - simply click "Sign In" in the upper top right corner of any page. This brings up the "Customer Login" page. Then click "Forgot Your Password" then enter your username (email address) then click on "Reset My Password." Instructions will appear in your email and you can enter any password you would like to use when signing in. We would love to help you iover the phone, but we do not keep (and thus can't look up) any passwords.
