This set of Nature Circles NGSS Activity Cards® presents eight schoolyard investigations that help kindergarten teachers communicate specific Next Generation Science Standards. Science in kindergarten builds on young children’s natural exploration of the world around them. They study interrelationships among animals, plants, and their environments, weather and climate, and the forces involved in the motion of objects. Woven into this content are engineering practices that help students recognize their role in their world. The Nature Circles NGSS Activity Cards® measure three inches in diameter and are held together by a clip that allows for reorganization if desired and easy attachment to a clipboard, belt loop, or backpack. Printable 8-1/2 x 11 inch blackline masters are available - please see details section below. All Nature Circles NGSS Activity Cards® cards are printed locally on recycled paper.
