Plant tissue or sap tests indicate whether a growing plant is receiving abundant, adequate, or deficient amounts of available nutrients from the soil. Use this LaMotte kit to test plant tissues in plant experiments or to test how well garden plants are doing and adjust fertilizers accordingly. This kit contains all necessary labware, a soil handbook, clear directions, and a sturdy case. The easy-to-use colorimetric tests indicate nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentrations. The kit provides enough materials for 50 tests. A refill is also available for this kit (see Related Products, below).
