This simple, economical test kit blends science education with garden projects. The kit utilizes foolproof, rapid test procedures, diagrammed instructions, and laminated color charts to measure concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium (15 tests each), and soil pH (30 tests). Three useful guides are included (the Garden Guide Manual, the Soil Handbook, and A Study of Soil Science) to interpret test results and provide constructive recommendations for optimal garden health. The kit comes in a handy zipper case that organizes and holds reagents, vials, charts and manuals. A refill for consumable components is also available (see Related Products, below).
