This LaMotte kit includes a rain gauge, study guide, activity sheets, and a pH test—everything needed to survey local environments for evidence of acidic precipitation. Determine the pH of local ponds, lakes, and streams, and find out if the potential for acidification exists. The kit provides enough materials for 50 tests. A refill is also available for this kit (see Related Products, below). Recommended for grades 5 to 12.
