Coliform Test Kit
Use this LaMotte kit to analyze tapwater or water in an aquatic environment for the presence of coliform bacteria, a universal indicator of contamination. The kit contains five tubes and nutrient tablets. Add sample water, and 48 hours later check for color change and gas formation. If five tubes are used on one water sample, one can also estimate the coliform MPN (most probable number). The kit provides enough materials for 5 tests.
