This creative kit offers an interactive way to study common aquatic organisms and their habitats. Designed for use in both the field and classroom, students place aquatic life stickers on habitat boards featuring a flowing stream on one side and a quiet pond on the other side. Each sticker is clear, allowing the background scene to show through. The scene boards are full-color, printed on coated 11" x 17" heavy card stock. 32 different pond life species are featured on each sheet. The kit includes Acorn Naturalists Nature Circles® Pond and Stream Life cards, identification and quiz sheets for all of the organisms shown on the stickers, and an activity sheet with suggestions for use. Recommended for ages 8 to13.
