Screen Terraria 10.0 UVB Bulb

Designed for the terrarium hoods we offer (see Related Products, below; while supplies last), these Screen Terraria 10.0 UVB Bulbs are high-output fully ballasted 23 watt UVB fluorescent bulbs that offer optimal lighting with the lowest possible use of energy. For general purpose terraria (most classroom or nature center terraria housing North American plant or animal species), use 2.0 full spectrum bulbs. For terraria housing plants or animals found in tropical (rainforest) environments, use one 2.0 bulb and one (or two in the three socket hood) 5.0 bulbs. For desert terraria, use one 2.0 bulb and one (or two) 10.0 bulbs. It is also recommended that bulbs be about twice a year as all fluorescent bulbs slowly loose their UVB spectrum strength, resulting in poor plant growth or decline in the health of housed animals. 10.0 UVB full spectrum 23w bulb.
