Plants, just like animals, are constantly sending out "tests" to new environments. This unique, informative display features different seed dispersal mechanisms (wind, water, animals) along with other specialty methods plants use to expand their range, such as having sticky seeds that attach to the legs and beaks of birds (mistletoe). Some seeds are designed to germinate only when conditions are perfect (desert seeds).
